Kati Vasti
Kati Vasti is a specialized Ayurvedic therapy designed to relieve pain and stiffness in the lower back region.In this treatment, a small reservoir is created over the lower back (lumbar area) using a dough ring. Warm medicated herbal oil is then poured and retained within this area for a specific duration. The warmth of the oil penetrates deep into the muscles and tissues, providing effective relief from pain and inflammation.
